Jennifer Dembowski, Ph.D., is the president/owner of Career Assessment Institute and an Industrial Psychologist for FedEx Express in Memphis TN. Her expertise involves the research, development, and application of employee selection, assessment, and retention systems and career counseling tools and applications.

Her work areas include career counseling, training, job analysis, benchmarking, test validation, selection, organizational surveys and performance appraisal. She also has years of experience providing client support as an HR consultant. Her clients include individuals from all backgrounds, and she serves organizations from various industries such as transportation, sales, technology, telecommunications, production, manufacturing, banking, and government agencies. In addition, she has worked extensively with schools and non-profit organizations.

Jennifer received her B.A. in Psychology from Ithaca College and her M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven. She completed her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Jennifer is a licensed Psychologist. She is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and has published articles in various scientific journals.
